our role
We were tasked with designing this new green field Urban Festival in the heart of Glasgow. Our remit included developing, procuring and managing all elements of the infrastructure requirements, while giving the client the look and feel of their vision. This meant producing detailed budgets and schedules, liaising between health & safety and security to create a workable event plan and ultimately managing the supply chain, installation and removal of all kit from site.
With 4 stages, over 50 food traders, 10 high capacity bars, funfair rides and sponsors all working in unison, TRNSMT received the Best New Festival Award in its first year at the 2017 at UK Festival Awards and also received the accolade of Major Festival of the Year in 2023 at the Live Awards.
