We were initially tasked with providing Site Managers to establish the site construction, support the installation of the 12,000 person capacity building in Jeddah, and aid in developing and loading in all the site infrastructure front-of-house and back-of-house. This comprised of artist dressing rooms, office cabins, toilets blocks, food & beverage and retail as well as overseeing over 8,000kva of generated power installation and the plumbing site wide.

Within a few weeks of the site development starting there was a very dramatic change in the design of the structure which, as planned, added a very striking and unique facade around the building, giving the Onyx Arena a truly remarkable visual appeal. We worked with MDL Beast, the building owners, and their construction engineers by bringing in a larger team to aid in the delivery, scheduling and installation of over 150 trucks of fascia and steel. The end result is a truly one-of-a-kind performance space.
