Diriyah Oasis, a pivotal component of Diriyah Season 2019, attracted an anticipated 300,000 visitors throughout its months tenure. Constructed in a remarkably swift 52 days, it seamlessly blended traditional Najdi structures with modern architecture and cutting-edge technologies, fostering a unique fusion of art and community interaction. This expansive entertainment hub, akin to a miniature city, catered to families with its diverse array of activities and dining experiences, creating a vibrant and immersive environment for all attendees.

our role
Working for Evolution Events, the UAE’s most prestigious event management company, we were tasked with supervising the overall build of the Diriyah Oasis, a truly stunning concept in family entertainment for the Riyadh Season.
With dozens of activation zones such as an outdoor ice rink, a water park for racing jet boats, a go kart track, temperature controlled nature dome and numerous stages, activations bespoke shops and restaurants all constructed on site, it was truly a remarkable event for all involved. Additionally, with over 400 staff and performers to house, feed and water the operation back of house was as detailed and complexed as the one for the general public.
